My girlfriend had this really bad when she was pregnant. She said eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of big ones helped. And avoiding spicy food, which was tough for her, haha. Also, sleeping propped up with pillows made a difference.

For pregnancy heartburn, very gentle breathing exercises can sometimes help calm the system. Avoid eating right before lying down; give a good 2-3 hour gap. Drinking warm water slowly can also soothe. It's often related to internal pressure and digestion, so mindful eating is key.

Pregnancy is a sacred journey, and these little discomforts are temporary. Stay positive, cherish the moments. For heartburn, try to eat light, simple meals. Listen to your body and what it tolerates. A glass of cold milk might offer some relief sometimes.

OMG, my older sister is pregnant and she complains about heartburn all the time! She was told to avoid anything fried or too greasy. And she drinks a lot of water, but not with meals. Also, she eats like, 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Hope this helps you!

Beta, heartburn to pregnancy mein hota hai aksar. Dadi ma kehti thi ki thoda sa saunf (fennel seeds) chaba lo khane ke baad. Aur khaali pet mat rehna, thoda thoda khao. Lekin agar zyada takleef ho, toh doctor se puchhna mat bhoolna, unki salah zaroori hai.
