How to get rid of post pregnancy hemorrhoids?

After my delivery, I developed hemorrhoids, and they are incredibly painful and uncomfortable, especially when I go to the washroom. It's been a few months now. What can I do to get rid of post pregnancy hemorrhoids?

This sounds really difficult. I'm not a mom yet but I've heard many women struggle with this. Are there specific over-the-counter creams that are safe to use, especially if you're breastfeeding? Just curious for future reference.

Oh, tell me about it! Post-pregnancy hemorrhoids are no joke. What worked wonders for me was regular sitz baths with warm water, multiple times a day. Also, use a stool softener if your doctor approves, to avoid straining. And drink lots of water and fiber, it's non-negotiable.

Post-pregnancy hemorrhoids are standard. Fiber-rich diet, ample water, and avoiding prolonged sitting on the toilet are crucial. Use over-the-counter creams that your ob-gyn suggests. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek professional medical advice promptly.

Haan, meri wife ko bhi hua tha. Uska doctor ne bola tha ki bahut saara paani piyo aur fibre wali cheezein khao. Aur haan, ek cream di thi lagane ke liye. Toh doctor se consult karna sabse best hai na.

Hang in there, mama! 🤗 Hemorrhoids are tough but they do get better. Warm sitz baths are a lifesaver for soothing. Also, drink plenty of water and keep that fiber up! You got this! 💪

For piles, soft stools are important. Ensure your diet is rich in natural fiber from vegetables and whole grains, similar to how we manage diabetes through diet. Avoid processed foods and too much sugar, as they can cause constipation. Stay hydrated, but check with your doctor for specific advice post-delivery.

Focus on diet first, it's the cheapest way to manage. Plenty of fruits, veggies, and water. A basic sitz bath setup is also quite inexpensive. If it's severe, don't delay seeing a doctor, because ignoring it might lead to more costly interventions later on. Prevention and early treatment are key.

My cousin's wife went through this, man. She said a good diet with lots of fruits and veggies, and not sitting for too long really helps. And she used some special wipes that were really soothing. Definitely talk to your doc about it though.

Ho na, delivery ke baad yeh problem bohot common hai. Mera friend bolta tha ki coconut oil bhi lagane se thoda aaram milta hai. Aur haan, pani theek se peene se constipation nahi hota, toh usse bhi help hogi. Gentle raho apne body ke saath.

I tried everything under the sun for those post-pregnancy piles! What gave me the most relief was a combination of ice packs for swelling and then warm sitz baths. Don't skip the fiber-rich foods like leafy greens and whole grains. It takes time, but it improves.
