How to get rid of overnight weight gain?

Sometimes after eating out, I feel like I've gained weight overnight, especially around my stomach. It makes me anxious. How do people usually deal with or get rid of this overnight weight gain feeling?

Do not buy into those detox teas or overnight weight loss pills advertised online, they are highly unsafe. Gaining a kilo or two overnight is physically just water retention or digestive waste, not fat. If you are noticing sudden, massive swelling, please consult a real doctor to check your kidney or heart health.

Dude, same! I eat one plate of midnight biryani and the next morning the scale shows 2 kgs extra. Honestly, just sweat it out a bit, drink loads of water to flush out the sodium, and don't stress about it. It goes back to normal in two days anyway.

My college-going daughter used to get so upset and skip breakfast when she saw a higher number on the scale in the morning. I had to sit her down and explain that it's just water weight, especially during her periods. I make sure she drinks fresh coconut water and eats light, home-cooked food to feel better.

Please don't worry about minor daily weight fluctuations. It happens to all of us due to stress, salt, or hormones. Just focus on eating clean today and sleep well, your body will balance itself out naturally.

I was literally reading about this yesterday because I woke up 1.5 kgs heavier after eating a pizza. Turns out, carbs store water in the muscles, which is why the weight jumps up instantly. It's actually quite fascinating how our body's hydration levels change so fast!

Yaar, common sense lagao, ek raat mein koi mota nahi hota! You probably had a salty dinner or heavy carbs last night, which is why your body is holding onto water today. Just drink normal water, eat your regular meals today, and don't panic by looking at the scale every morning.

In our experience, heavy food late at night sluggishly digests and causes bloating. You can drink a warm cup of water boiled with a little jeera or fennel seeds in the morning to help ease your digestion. Do not go hungry, just eat light, home-cooked meals and walk for a bit.
