Arre, liver spots on hands, haan? Ye toh mostly sun exposure se hote hain, na? Mere haathon pe bhi thode hain. Log bolte hain lemon juice lagao ya aloe vera, but kitna kaam karta hai pata nahi. Best toh yahi hai ki skin doctor ko dikhao.

It's natural to feel concerned when you see new spots on your hands, and 'liver spots' can sound quite alarming. I totally get the anxiety. But they're typically just age spots or sun spots, harmless. If you want them gone, a dermatologist can help, but knowing they're mostly benign can bring peace of mind.

Those 'liver spots' are usually from sun exposure over time, not your liver. While a healthy diet and active lifestyle are great for overall health, they won't magically remove existing sunspots. If they bother you, a dermatologist is the way to go. And always use sunscreen on your hands!

Those spots on your hands, commonly called 'liver spots,' are technically solar lentigines or age spots caused by sun exposure, not liver issues. For removal, you'd typically need treatments from a dermatologist like laser therapy, chemical peels, or cryotherapy. Consistent daily sunscreen is crucial for prevention and maintenance.
