How to get rid of gas during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and lately, I've been experiencing a lot of gas and bloating, which is really uncomfortable. It makes it hard to sleep and sometimes gives me sharp pains. Are there any safe and effective ways to get rid of gas during pregnancy?

My wife suffered from terrible bloating during her first trimester. Walking slowly for 15 minutes after meals and eating smaller portions instead of three big meals really helped her clear the gas naturally.

This is a beautiful phase, but the body goes through many changes that can cause discomfort. Stay positive, eat satvik and simple food, and don't worry. Your body is doing amazing work.

Sitting in Vajrasana for 5 to 10 minutes after a light meal can help improve digestion during pregnancy, provided you are comfortable. Avoid any deep twisting or abdominal pressure postures. Always consult your yoga instructor and doctor first.

My grandmother used to suggest drinking warm water with a pinch of roasted cumin powder for gas. It is a safe, gentle remedy, but always check with your gynecologist before taking any home herbal mixtures during these months.

I just delivered my baby last month, and during my pregnancy, ginger-lemon warm water was my savior for gas. Also, drinking plenty of water throughout the day helped keep my bowel movements regular, which reduced bloating.

I used to panic thinking my severe gas pain was something serious affecting the baby. But my doctor reassured me that progesterone slows down digestion, which makes gas totally normal. Just avoid cauliflower, cabbage, and sodas.

Pregnancy me gas hona bahut common hai, mere sath bhi hua tha na. Aap bas khana kha kar turant mat leta karo, haan. Thodi der room me hi walk kar lo, bahut relief milega.
