How to get rid of dandruff home remedies?

My nani used to always say ghar ke nuskhe are the best. I'm looking for some effective home remedies to get rid of dandruff. I prefer natural solutions over chemical ones.

I used to try many home remedies like aloe vera, but I realized stress was making my dandruff and high BP both worse. Managing my daily routine, eating balanced meals, and taking my routine health checkups seriously helped clear my skin issues too. Don't rely solely on home tips if you are under high stress.

I totally get it, trying to find a safe home remedy that actually works without drying out your hair is so exhausting. Many people suggest lemon, but it can be really harsh and cause burning on a sensitive scalp. Maybe try a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse once, but please stop if it stings.

Physical activity and walking outdoors help improve overall blood circulation, which is great for your scalp health too. However, the sweat generated during exercise can worsen dandruff if left unattended. I suggest a simple home wash with mild neem-infused water after your cool-down session.

To be honest, most home remedies like curd or baking soda just made my hair smell weird and didn't solve the issue. I got tired of the mess and switched to a standard doctor-prescribed zinc shampoo. It works much faster and is way less annoying to use.

In our village, we simply boil a few neem leaves in water, let it cool down, and use that water to rinse the hair after bathing. It is very natural and helps soothe the itching. If it doesn't get better in a few weeks, then it is best to consult a doctor babu.

My grandmother always recommended applying fresh aloe vera gel directly from the plant to cool the scalp. It does help reduce the dryness temporarily, but for a permanent cure, I trust my dermatologist's advice. Combining gentle care with proper medical lotion works best.

Honestly, I barely have the energy to sleep for six hours, let alone grind hibiscus leaves and make hair masks every weekend. I just buy a pre-made tea tree oil shampoo and hope for the best. If you have the time for elaborate home remedies, hats off to you!
