How to get on a better sleep schedule?

My work schedule is a bit all over the place, and I find myself sleeping at odd hours. I feel constantly tired and unfocused. I really want to establish a regular sleep pattern. How can I get on a better sleep schedule?

My sleep schedule was completely ruined due to late-night gaming and studying. What helped me was putting my phone on silent and keeping it in another room by 11 PM. It's tough initially, but it actually works.

Sleeplessness is such a common headache nowadays, ho na. Try to go to bed at the exact same time every night, even on weekends. Doing this slowly trains your brain to sleep naturally.

Avoid heavy, spicy food after 8 PM as it can cause acidity and disrupt your sleep. Drinking a warm cup of milk with turmeric before bed can relax your body and help you fall asleep much faster.

I used to struggle with this a lot because of work stress. Try keeping your bedroom slightly cool and dark, and avoid any screens at least one hour before bed. It makes a huge difference to your sleep quality.

Our body needs a proper routine to release melatonin, the sleep hormone. Try to avoid caffeine or strong tea after 4 PM, and maintain a fixed waking time every morning to reset your biological clock.
