How to fix pcos hair loss?

Because of my PCOS, I've been experiencing significant hair loss, especially from the front. It's really affecting my confidence. Is there anything specific I can do to control this hair fall and promote regrowth? I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work properly.

PCOS related hair loss needs a holistic approach. Go to a good hospital and consult an endocrinologist and a dermatologist. Be very clear about your symptoms, your PCOS management, and any existing treatments. They can check your hormone levels and scalp health to give you a targeted treatment plan, which might include specific medications or supplements.

Oh, PCOS hair loss can be super frustrating, I've seen my friends go through it! Don't stress too much, because stress itself can worsen hair fall. Focus on managing your PCOS overall – that's key. And talk to your doctor, they might suggest some specific things like minoxidil or certain meds. You'll figure it out, girl!

I can't give medical advice, but from my own observations with friends who have PCOS, getting their hormones balanced with doctor-prescribed medication seemed to help with the hair loss. Also, managing diet and stress was important. Home remedies alone might not be enough for a hormonal issue like this.

Excuse me, I'm new to dealing with PCOS and the hair loss is really getting me down. Is there anything specific one should eat or avoid that might help with this? I'm trying to understand all the factors involved.
