How to fix hair fall?

Been dealing with hair fall for months now, and it's getting worse. My comb is always full of hair, and it's quite distressing. Are there any effective ways to stop this?

Arre beti, baal jhadna toh bahut aam baat ho gayi hai aajkal. Pehle dekho khaana theek se kha rahi ho ya nahi. Oil lagao achche se, dadi maa ke nuskhe. Par agar bahut zyada ho raha hai, toh doctor ko bhi dikha dena. Tension mat lena zyada.

Hair fall can be due to so many reasons – stress, diet, hormones, even genetics. Don't just blindly try random remedies you see online. Many are ineffective or can even be harmful. It's best to consult a dermatologist or a doctor to get to the root cause and a proper treatment plan.

Hair health is often a reflection of overall body health. Make sure your diet is rich in protein and vitamins like B7, D, and iron. Stress management through exercise and meditation also helps a lot. If you're experiencing heavy hair fall, it's wise to get your blood work done and consult a dermatologist.

Hair fall, my old nemesis! Some days I feel like I'm leaving behind more hair than my cat. Honestly, it's often linked to stress and diet. Try to eat well, get some sleep if you can (a dream for me!), and maybe consult a dermatologist. I'm just hoping my head doesn't end up looking like a billiard ball!

Hair fall can be quite upsetting, dear. My mother always said to oil hair regularly and eat plenty of greens. While these home practices are good, if the hair fall is significant, please see a dermatologist. They can identify if it's a deficiency or something hormonal and give proper medical advice.
