How to figure how far along in pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant, and my periods have always been a bit irregular, so I'm not sure when my last one really was. How can I figure out how far along I am in my pregnancy? Is there a simple way without a doctor right away?

Best way is to remember your last period date. Doctor uses that for initial calculation. Then they do ultrasound to confirm. Don't guess with apps only, go to doctor for proper check.

Haha, for my wife, it was all about the cravings! We knew she was pretty far along when she started asking for gulab jamun with pickles! 😜 But seriously, the doctor's scan is the only way to get a real date, otherwise, it's just a fun guessing game.

Bhai, my sister just had a baby. They went by her last period date first, then the ultrasound confirmed it properly. That's the main thing. Don't rely on online calculators too much, just for fun maybe.

Beta, the doctor will tell you exactly after doing the sonography. It's best not to worry too much before that. Just take care of your health and eat well. The main thing is to get regular checkups with the government doctor or local nurse.

Haan na, usually they go by your last menstrual period (LMP) date. But sometimes if your cycles are irregular, the first ultrasound is more accurate. So just keep your LMP date ready for the doc, that's what they'll ask first.

First, note down the first day of your last period. That's what the doctor will ask. Then, they will do an ultrasound, especially the first one, it's very important. It tells you exactly how many weeks and days you are. Don't miss that first scan.

While online calculators provide an estimate based on your Last Menstrual Period (LMP), the most accurate method for determining gestational age is typically through an early ultrasound scan. This helps confirm the due date and track the baby's development. Always rely on your gynaecologist for definitive information.
