How to fight nausea in pregnancy?
Since my first trimester, this nausea has been constant. My gynaecologist said it's normal but I just can't keep anything down some days. What do other pregnant ladies do to feel better?

Nausea can be so draining. My wife had it quite bad. She found that avoiding very spicy or oily food helped a lot. Also, make sure you're keeping up with your regular checkups with the doctor, they might have specific advice or even medication if it's severe.
It's really tough, I understand. Just remember to eat small, frequent meals, and keep some bland snacks nearby. Ginger candy or lemon water sometimes helps. Hope you feel better soon, hang in there!
While many find home remedies helpful, if the nausea is very severe, or you're unable to keep anything down, it's always best to consult your gynaecologist. They can check if everything is alright and offer proper medical advice. Don't take any chances, especially during pregnancy.
Honestly, pregnancy nausea made me feel so miserable and guilty sometimes for not 'enjoying' pregnancy more. It's okay to feel that way. Just take it one day at a time, rest whenever you can, and don't push yourself. Your body is doing so much.

Uff, the morning sickness is no joke! For me, a few sips of nimbu pani first thing in the morning sometimes worked, or just having a digestive biscuit before even getting out of bed. Plain rice and dal also helped keep my stomach settled. Don't be afraid to try different things to see what suits you.
