How to fight hair fall?

I've been noticing a lot of hair falling out recently, more than usual, especially when I wash my hair. It's getting a bit concerning. What are some effective ways to fight hair fall and make my hair stronger?

Hair fall can be due to many reasons, so first step is to check with a dermatologist. For me, managing stress and ensuring I eat protein-rich meals helps. Also, choosing good quality shampoo and conditioner makes a difference, but no magic bullet, takes time and consistency.

Honestly, so many 'remedies' online for hair fall are just scams. Don't blindly trust every oil or pack you see. It could be a nutrient deficiency, hormonal, or even stress. Get your blood tests done and consult a proper doctor first. Else you'll just waste money and time.

Hey, don't stress too much about hair fall, it can actually make it worse! Just focus on eating well, taking your vitamins if you're deficient, and being gentle with your hair. Maybe try some scalp massages too, it feels nice anyway!

Hair fall? My drain looks like it's growing its own wig sometimes! Haha! But seriously, it's so frustrating. Try to relax, that helps a lot with stress-related hair fall. And maybe switch to a silk pillowcase, I heard it's good for hair, less friction, you know?

Hair fall was genuinely devastating for me emotionally. It affected my confidence so much. It's okay to feel upset about it. Just know that it's a very common issue and there are solutions, but you need to be patient and find the right doctor for it.

Hair fall can sometimes be a sign of underlying health issues, so it's good to get a general health check-up, just like for BP. Make sure your diet is balanced and you're not overly stressed. Both BP and hair health benefit from a holistic approach.
