Oh, I totally panicked about stretch marks during my pregnancy! But honestly, 'eliminating' them completely might not be possible. The best you can do is prevent severe ones and help them fade. I applied Bio-Oil and cocoa butter diligently every single day from my second trimester. It definitely helped keep my skin hydrated and reduced the severity. Don't stress, just be consistent!

Having gone through two pregnancies, I can tell you that prevention is key. You can't truly 'eliminate' them once they form, but you can minimize them. Start applying a rich moisturizer or stretch mark cream from early pregnancy, like cocoa butter or almond oil. Keep your skin well-hydrated, drink plenty of water, and try to gain weight gradually, not too rapidly. Consistency with application is crucial.

Hey, it's natural to worry about stretch marks, but most women get them. The best approach during pregnancy is prevention and minimizing their appearance. Keep your skin deeply moisturized with a good cream or oil, especially your tummy, hips, and thighs. Do it twice a day, every day. It won't guarantee none, but it makes a big difference. Don't get too stressed about it.

During pregnancy, it's more about preventing stretch marks from becoming too deep or widespread, rather than eliminating them entirely. Daily moisturizing with a good quality cream (containing ingredients like shea butter, vitamin E, or hyaluronic acid) is highly recommended. Also, maintaining a healthy, balanced diet and staying well-hydrated helps improve skin elasticity. Consult your Gynae for product recommendations.

Just keep your skin moisturized well with good oil or cream throughout your pregnancy. It helps a lot with elasticity and minimizing the marks.

While complete 'elimination' of stretch marks during pregnancy is largely genetics-dependent, consistent preventive measures can significantly reduce their severity. Using topical creams with ingredients like hyaluronic acid or centella asiatica, along with maintaining adequate hydration and a healthy diet, can aid skin elasticity. However, always consult your obstetrician for safe and effective product recommendations during pregnancy.
