How to eliminate acidity from the body?

I've been feeling generally unwell and believe it might be due to excess acidity in my body. Are there any natural ways or dietary adjustments to completely eliminate acidity from my system?

Acidity can be so debilitating, I remember feeling constantly uncomfortable and even anxious because of it. It really gets to you. What helped me was identifying my triggers like coffee and fried foods, and replacing them with calming alternatives. Eating smaller, more frequent meals and ensuring I wasn't eating too close to bedtime made a huge difference, both physically and mentally.

I totally get it, acidity can be super painful and frustrating! My main advice would be to avoid spicy, oily foods and anything too acidic like citrus or tomatoes if they trigger you. Also, don't lie down right after eating. Try smaller, frequent meals and drink plenty of water. Sometimes a glass of cold milk helps instantly.

Dekho, acidity ka simple solution hai – apni diet sudharo. Bahar ka, tala hua, mirch-masala kam karo. Ghar ka saada khaana khao. Subah garam paani peeyo. Raat ko jaldi khao. Yeh koi rocket science nahi hai, bas discipline chahiye. Agar bahut zyada hai toh doctor ko dikhao, remedies pe mat raho.

Acidity? Ugh, it's the reason I can't have my late-night biryani anymore! And it definitely keeps me awake. Honestly, I've found that eating dinner by 7 PM and not drinking too much chai helps. Also, sleeping with my head slightly elevated helps a bit. Anything for a peaceful night's sleep, even if it means less spicy food!

For acidity, practical steps are key. First, identify your personal triggers – for me, it's coffee and late-night snacks. Then, consistently implement changes: eat smaller, balanced meals, avoid lying down immediately after eating, and keep a bottle of water handy. If it's persistent, a quick consult with a general physician is definitely worthwhile.

Don't take acidity lightly. I ignored it for years, just popping antacids, and it eventually led to bigger issues like GERD. My biggest regret was not seeing a doctor sooner. Please, if it's bothering you often, get it checked by a proper gastroenterologist. They can identify the root cause and give you a proper plan, not just temporary relief.

Beta, acidity toh garam cheezein khane se hoti hai. Humare gaon mein log nimbu paani peete hain, ya phir gud khaate hain thoda sa khaane ke baad. Aur dahi bahut accha hota hai pet ke liye. Simple khaana khao, aur stress kam lo. Shareer ko shanti do, woh theek ho jayega.
