How to eat flax seeds for weight loss?

My doctor said I need to incorporate more fiber into my diet, and flax seeds were mentioned for weight management. What's the best way to eat flax seeds to get those benefits? Should I grind them or just eat them whole?

Haan, flax seeds toh bahut achhe hote hain weight loss ke liye! Main toh unko roast karke powder bana leti hoon. Phir subah ek spoon daal mein ya dahi mein daal ke kha leti hoon. Pet bhara rehta hai aur digestion bhi theek hota hai, na. Fibre high hota hai ismein.

My daughter started having flax seeds for better digestion and weight management. We roast and grind them at home and then sprinkle a spoonful over her morning cereal or mix it into her atta for rotis. It's a simple way to add fiber without much fuss. Make sure they're freshly ground for best results.

Flax seeds are a good source of fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids, which can aid in satiety and overall health, potentially supporting weight loss. Grind them freshly and add 1-2 tablespoons to your yogurt, smoothies, or oatmeal. However, for a comprehensive and safe weight loss plan, consulting a registered dietitian or your doctor is always recommended.

For diabetes management and weight loss, flax seeds are a good option because of their fiber content, which helps control blood sugar spikes. I usually add a spoonful of ground flax seeds to my morning smoothie or sprinkle them on my salads. It keeps me full and helps my digestion, but I always monitor my sugar levels.

Flax seeds are a consistent part of my diet for their Omega-3s and fiber. I use an app to track my macros, and adding a tablespoon of ground flax to my yogurt or cottage cheese is an easy way to boost fiber. They definitely help me feel more full, which indirectly helps with weight goals. Just remember to grind them right before use for maximum benefit.

Flax seeds are very good for fiber and healthy fats. You should grind them just before eating or buy them pre-ground, otherwise the nutrients get lost. Mix 1-2 spoons in warm water and drink, or add to curd. It helps with digestion and feeling full. But for proper weight loss, a balanced diet and doctor's advice is also important.
