How to eat alsi seeds for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and someone suggested that alsi seeds are very good for that. But I'm not sure how to actually incorporate them into my diet. Should I just eat them raw or is there a special way?

Please be very careful with how much flaxseed (alsi) you consume. I started eating large raw spoonfuls daily without drinking enough water, and it caused severe bloating and digestive blockages. Always grind them, start with a tiny amount, and consult a doctor first.

I completely understand the pressure of wanting to lose weight and trying different home remedies to see what works. Eating a teaspoon of ground alsi seeds with warm water in the morning can be helpful. Just be gentle with your body and don't rush the process.

I've tried many remedies and found that roasted, ground flaxseeds work best because whole seeds just pass through the body undigested. I sprinkle a spoonful of the powder over my curd or salads daily. It adds a nice nutty flavor and keeps you full for longer.

Flaxseeds are not a magic cure for weight loss despite what internet videos claim. They are just high in fiber, which helps with satiety. Real weight loss requires a balanced diet and regular exercise, so check with a certified nutritionist rather than relying on just seeds.

My teenager was looking up flaxseeds for weight management. I made sure to tell them that you shouldn't eat too much of it. I blend a small teaspoon of ground alsi into their morning fruit smoothie, which is a safe and tasty way to consume it.

Weight loss requires so much patience, haan na! For alsi, just roast them lightly, grind them into a powder, and store it. You can take one teaspoon with warm water in the morning, ho na. It is very simple and good for digestion too.
