How to ease back pain during pregnancy?

I'm in my third trimester, and the back pain is becoming quite severe now. It's making it difficult to even walk or sleep. My doctor said it's normal, but what are some good ways to ease back pain during pregnancy? I need some relief.

A pregnancy support pillow is an absolute lifesaver for back support while sleeping! Also, wearing flat, comfortable footwear really helps reduce the pressure on your spine when you stand. Hang in there, mama!

Managing gestational diabetes meant I had to stay active despite my backache. I focused on gentle pregnancy-safe stretches recommended by my physiotherapist. Please avoid sweet health drinks or excessive rest, and consult your doctor for safe pain management.

My sister is pregnant and she had terrible back issues. She started using a maternity support belt when walking around, and she said it really helped support her baby bump and took the load off her back.

With pregnancy and borderline high BP, I had to be very careful. Gentle prenatal walks and maintaining correct posture while sitting are safe ways to manage back pain. Always report any severe, sudden pain to your gynecologist immediately.

I am in my second trimester and my lower back is aching so much every evening. Did anyone else experience this constant dull ache, and is it safe to use a standard heating pad on the back during this time?
