How to drink kombucha for weight loss?

Someone at my gym mentioned kombucha for weight loss. It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure how to drink it. Are there specific times or quantities that work best?

Kombucha has some sodium and sometimes high sugar content if it's commercial. If you have hypertension like me, please check the nutrition label carefully. Lifestyle adjustments like reducing salt and getting regular doctor checkups will help your weight much more than fermented drinks.

Bro, kombucha is so expensive in supermarkets, my pocket money would finish in a week if I drank it daily. Honestly, normal buttermilk or dahi is way cheaper and does the exact same thing for your gut. Save your money and stick to basic home food!

Kombucha is basically fermented tea, so it has good probiotics for gut health. If you want to drink it, have it mid-day, but track the calories because some bottled ones have lots of added sugar. True weight loss still comes down to your daily protein intake and exercise.

I know how stressful it is when you want to lose weight and feel like your body isn't cooperating. If you want to try kombucha, start with just 50ml to see how your stomach reacts. Some people get bloating and that can make you panic about your digestion.

I totally get it, trying to find new things to help with weight loss can be so confusing with all these internet trends. Kombucha is good for gut health, but don't force yourself to drink it if you don't like the sour taste. Just a small glass a few times a week is more than enough.

I can only speak from my own experience with fermented drinks. I started drinking home-brewed kombucha in the afternoon instead of my sugary cold drinks. It helped my digestion feel a lot lighter, but it didn't magically reduce my weight on its own.

Dekho yaar, modern drinks like kombucha are fine for the gut, but they won't melt your fat. Don't fall for marketing gimmicks. Control your daily portion of roti and rice, do some physical work, and your weight will automatically come down.
