Hey, don't worry too much. If you are noticing morning stiffness in your small hand joints, just book an appointment with a rheumatologist. They will do simple blood tests like RA factor and Anti-CCP to find out.

An anti-inflammatory vegetarian diet is good for general joint health, but it cannot replace medical diagnostics. For rheumatoid arthritis, you must get specific autoimmune blood panels done by a qualified rheumatologist.

I got so scared when my fingers started swelling up, thinking it was rheumatoid arthritis. It's best to get tested for CRP and ESR early because catching it early prevents joint damage. Please see a specialist soon!

Don't waste time on random remedies. Book a Saturday morning slot with a rheumatologist and get your RA factor, Anti-CCP, and X-rays done in one go to get a clear diagnosis.

My mom was diagnosed with RA recently. She had stiff fingers in the morning, so the doctor ordered some blood tests and joint X-rays. Getting it checked early makes a huge difference.

Gentle yoga poses can keep the joints flexible, but clinical diagnosis is essential for rheumatoid arthritis. Please consult a rheumatologist for blood tests and imaging to start the right medical therapy.
