How to determine calories for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight after my wedding, but I'm so confused about how many calories I should be eating. My dietician gave me a chart, but it feels a bit too strict. How do people figure this out for themselves?

I'm also trying to understand this, it seems quite complex. Do online calculators really work accurately for everyone, or are they just a general guideline? I feel like my body is different from others'.

Honestly, I've tried all sorts of diets and exercise regimes at home based on what I read online. But for calories, it's really specific to each person. A dietician calculated my required calories based on my age, weight, and activity. It's the most practical way to avoid guesswork.

This whole calorie counting thing gives me so much anxiety! What if I eat too little and slow my metabolism, or too much and don't lose weight? It's a constant worry. I think the safest bet is talking to a dietitian who can give a proper plan. That way you don't have to stress so much.

Bro, I just started working out and asked my gym trainer. He told me to use an app like MyFitnessPal to track what I eat for a few days to see my average. Then cut like 300-500 calories from that. Worked for me, but maybe a nutritionist is better if you wanna be super precise.

For calorie calculation, it's best to consult a certified nutritionist. They will take your current weight, height, age, and activity level into account. Also, remember that just calories won't do it; combining it with regular walks or workouts (if your doctor says it's okay) makes a huge difference.

Lol, I tried calculating my calories once and gave up after like two days. It's too much effort with all the different ingredients. My mom just says eat less rice, more sabzi. That's kinda my calorie plan for now, haha. But for serious weight loss, def see a pro.
