How to determine arthritis in the knee?

My knees have been aching a lot lately, especially when I climb stairs or stand for too long. My mother has arthritis, so I'm wondering how doctors figure out if it's arthritis in the knee or just regular pain.

In yoga, we learn to listen to our body's subtle signals. Persistent knee pain, stiffness especially in the morning, or a creaking sound can be signs. But for actual diagnosis, it's always best to consult an orthopedic doctor, they can do the right tests. Don't push through severe pain, okay?

I tried so many home remedies for my knee pain, thinking it's just old age. Turmeric milk, hot packs, cold packs, everything! But nothing really helped until I went to the doctor. He told me it was early arthritis and gave me specific exercises. So don't waste time like I did, just go see the doctor for a clear answer.

Determining arthritis properly requires medical expertise. Symptoms like persistent pain, swelling, stiffness, and reduced range of motion are common indicators. However, a doctor will conduct physical exams and imaging tests (like X-rays) for an accurate diagnosis. Please prioritize seeing a specialist.

Yaar, knee pain is a nightmare, especially when it's constant. If it's giving you trouble walking or even bending, then don't just ignore it. Actually, the doctor will check for swelling, tenderness, and maybe ask for an X-ray or MRI. Best to get it sorted by a specialist.

Oh, knee pain is so scary, especially when you're young! My aunt had similar issues and it turned out to be arthritis. She had constant stiffness in the mornings and a kind of grinding feeling. I think it's really important to get it checked by a doc, they can do proper tests and suggest physiotherapy or meds.
