How to detect breast cancer early?

My aunt recently had breast cancer, and it was caught quite late. I'm trying to be more proactive about my health. What are the best ways to detect breast cancer early, even before it becomes noticeable?

Haan, early detection is so important, na? Sabse pehle, regular self-check karo. Har month, ek baar. Koi lump, ya skin mein change, ya nipple discharge dikhe toh foran doctor ke paas jao. Aur forty ke baad toh mammogram karana hi chahiye.

Betiyan, listen carefully. Best thing is to check yourself every month, after your periods. Feel for any changes, lumps, or pain. If you find anything unusual, don't wait. Home remedies are good for small things, but for something serious like this, you must go to a doctor right away. They can do proper tests.

My dear, please check your breasts yourself every month. Just feel around for anything different. If you see or feel anything like a new lump, or if your skin looks strange, or if something comes from your nipple, don't be scared. Just go to the hospital. Doctors are there to help us.

Okay so, my mum always tells me to do this every month after my periods. Like, check for any weird lumps or changes in shape. Also, they say women above 40 should get mammograms. Basically, if anything feels off, just show it to a doctor, better safe than sorry, ya know?

Practical solution is simple: once a month, perform a self-breast exam. There are good videos online that show you how. Also, if you have a family history, talk to your doctor about when to start mammograms. Don't postpone these things, they are not expensive but very important for your health.

I always go to a reputed hospital for my annual check-ups. You should discuss with your gynecologist about breast cancer screening from a certain age. Ask them clearly about mammograms and clinical breast exams. If you have a family history, tell them, they might suggest earlier or more frequent screening.

Please, please, if you feel anything off, go to a doctor immediately. I once ignored a small lump because I thought it was nothing, and it turned out to be serious. Early detection saves lives. Don't make my mistake, get it checked, even if it's a small doubt.

Hey girl, don't stress too much about it, but yes, be aware. The main thing is to do regular self-checks. Like, once a month, stand in front of the mirror and feel for any lumps or changes. If you notice anything unusual, just get it checked by a doc. Better safe than sorry, right?
