How to decrease knee pain?

Since I started running more, I've developed persistent knee pain. It's not severe, but it's constant. What are the best ways to decrease knee pain so I can continue my exercise routine?

Have you looked into your diet? Sometimes inflammatory foods can worsen joint pain. I try to include a lot of anti-inflammatory spices like turmeric and ginger in my food. Also, make sure you're getting enough calcium and Vitamin D, especially if you're vegetarian.

For knee pain, often simple things like reducing strain, using an ice pack after activity, and taking OTC pain relief (if suitable) can help. But if it's persistent or severe, best to get an actual diagnosis. Your local pharmacist might also have some good over-the-counter recommendations.

Same here, I've been researching this too! My knees have been giving me trouble after long days. It seems like gentle stretching and avoiding high-impact activities are common suggestions. Curious to see what others say.

Don't make my mistake! I ignored my knee pain for months thinking it would go away, and it just got worse. Ended up needing a longer recovery. Please, please get it checked by a doctor quickly before it progresses. Early intervention is key.
