How to decrease knee joint pain?

My knee joint pain has been getting worse lately, making it hard to walk or even stand for long. I've tried a few things, but it's still there. What really helps to decrease knee joint pain?

For knee pain, first thing is to get it checked by an orthopedist. Self-diagnosis won't work. Usually, they recommend strengthening exercises for the muscles around the knee and sometimes weight management if that's an issue. Don't ignore it, get it fixed.

Oh, knee pain can be quite bothersome. My grandmother always said to apply warm sesame oil and gently massage. It gives some temporary relief. But for proper treatment, it's always good to consult a specialist, they will guide you best.

Honestly, for knee pain, I've seen that wearing good, supportive footwear helps a lot. And simple hot or cold packs depending on what feels better. My mother-in-law swears by applying castor oil. For serious pain, better see a doctor, don't prolong it.

Haan yaar, knee pain can be a real headache. Mera dost ko bhi hua tha, doctor ne bola thoda weight kam karo aur light exercise karo. Kabhi kabhi warm compress bhi help karta hai. Par haan, pehle doc ko dikha lo, na?
