How to decrease hair fall?

My hair fall has increased quite a bit recently, and I'm seeing a lot of hair on my pillow and after showering. I'm worried about it getting worse. What can I do to decrease hair fall?

Hair fall? Ugh, my shower drain knows my pain! 😂 Honestly, sometimes it's just stress or seasonal. Try not to panic (easier said than done, I know!). Good oil massages and a balanced diet can be your hair's best friends. And maybe don't stare at the lost strands too long!

I'm experiencing this too and it's making me anxious. Does diet really make a big difference, and what kind of foods should I focus on? Also, how often should one oil their hair for best results?

Get your blood tests done first – check iron, Vitamin D, and thyroid levels. These are common culprits. Use a gentle shampoo, avoid heat styling, and ensure a protein-rich diet. If it's persistent, see a dermatologist, don't waste time on random remedies.

Hair fall, my old friend! At my age, it's more like hair 'exit'. Haha. But seriously, reduce stress, eat your greens, and use mild shampoos. And for heaven's sake, don't comb vigorously after washing, unless you want to help gravity out!

Don't worry too much about a little hair fall; it's a natural cycle. But if it's excessive, check your diet and sleep. Our grandmothers always swore by coconut oil massages twice a week, and it truly helps nourish the scalp. And avoid harsh chemicals on your hair.

Hair fall can be scary! 😱 But don't fret! Try to eat balanced meals with lots of protein, and try gentle oil massages. A good night's sleep does wonders too! ✨ And if it's really bad, a doc can help! 👩‍⚕️

I've been reading a lot about this because I've noticed a bit more hair falling out lately. It seems like protein deficiency and stress are huge factors. Also, people recommend gentle hair care routines, like not tying hair too tightly.

Bro, my hair was falling like crazy after exams. I started taking biotin supplements and using a sulfate-free shampoo. Also, my mom made me do oiling regularly. It helped, honestly. And chilling out, less stress is key.

For hair fall, I always suggest natural things first – a weekly hair pack with curd and egg, or applying onion juice. Bhringraj oil is also excellent. But if the hair fall is sudden, very heavy, or you have bald patches, then please see a doctor. Some problems need medical attention.

Hair health starts from within. Make sure your diet has enough protein and essential fats. Omega-3s are good. And regular exercise improves blood circulation, which is good for scalp health. Also, manage stress, it plays a big role.

I've navigated this issue successfully. First, identify the root cause – consult a derm if necessary. Then, focus on a diet rich in iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Use a wide-tooth comb, and massage your scalp gently with natural oils to improve blood flow. Consistency is paramount.

For working professionals, it's about efficient solutions. Invest in a good quality, mild shampoo and conditioner. Prioritize 7-8 hours of sleep. If you don't have time for elaborate remedies, consider a good multivitamin for hair. But if it's severe, a quick visit to a dermatologist is non-negotiable.
