How to cure kidney stones natural remedies?

I've been having recurrent kidney stones, and they're quite painful. I'm looking for natural remedies that might help in curing them or preventing new ones from forming. Are there any effective home treatments?

Kidney stones can be incredibly painful, I've heard! While some natural remedies might help prevent them or ease mild symptoms, for existing stones, especially larger ones, please consult a urologist. Don't rely solely on home remedies, as they might not be effective or suitable for all types of stones.

When I first found out about kidney stones, I totally panicked! But for smaller ones, sometimes just drinking a lot of water and lemon juice helps to pass them naturally. My doctor also suggested a specific diet depending on the stone type. So don't worry too much, but do get it checked.

Hydration is key for kidney stones. My fitness tracker reminds me to drink enough water, which is super important for kidney health. Some studies show apple cider vinegar or lemon water can help, but always check with a doctor first, especially if you have an active stone. You need to know what type of stone it is.

Kidney stones can be very painful. For small stones, drinking plenty of water, especially lemon water, is often suggested to help them pass. But if the pain is severe, or there's blood, you need to go to the doctor, a urologist. Natural remedies are for prevention or small, uncomplicated cases.

For small kidney stones, increasing water intake significantly and consuming lemon juice (citrate helps) can sometimes help pass them. But don't ignore severe pain or fever. Get an ultrasound to know the stone size and type, then decide with a doctor if natural remedies are enough or if medical intervention is needed.

I had a kidney stone that caused severe blockage and required surgery because I tried to manage it with just 'natural remedies' for too long. Please, if you have stones, see a urologist immediately. Natural remedies can help prevent, but for existing stones, you need medical guidance to avoid complications.

Diet plays a huge role in kidney stone prevention and management. Depending on the stone type (oxalate, uric acid etc.), you might need to limit certain foods like spinach, nuts, or reduce animal protein. Drinking plenty of fluids is universally good. But for a cure, food is only one part, and medical advice is essential.
