How to cure hemorrhoids after pregnancy?

It's been a few weeks since my delivery, and I've developed hemorrhoids, which are incredibly uncomfortable and painful. My doctor said it's common but didn't give much advice for quick relief. How can I cure hemorrhoids after pregnancy?

Bahut common hai yeh after pregnancy, don't worry. Increase fibre in your diet, drink plenty of water. Keep the area clean. If it's very painful, ask your gynaecologist for a cream or sitz bath suggestion. Doctor ko poochna best hai.

Hey, don't stress too much about this, it happens to so many new moms! My friend also had them. She swears by warm sitz baths and using a stool while pooping to make it easier. And lots of water and fibre, seriously! You'll be fine.

Yes, increasing water and fibre intake is super important. And a gentle stool softener if your doctor approves.

Ah, post-pregnancy woes. Definitely add more fiber to your diet, like fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Maybe some methi seeds too. And avoid anything too spicy or oily for a while, even if you're craving it!

Yaar, so many women get this after delivery. My bhabhi also had it. She used to use witch hazel pads, really helped with the discomfort. And actually, just drinking a lot of water and eating fruits made a big difference too. Consult your doc, they might suggest something specific.
