How to cure heartburn in pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and I've been getting really bad heartburn almost every evening. It's making it hard to sleep and eat properly. My doctor said it's common, but I need some relief. How to cure heartburn in pregnancy safely?

Heartburn is common in pregnancy, haan. Try some cold milk or a spoonful of gulkand, it helps soothe. Also, eating smaller, frequent meals instead of big ones can make a difference. But if it's really bad and constant, then definitely check with your doctor, don't ignore it.

It must be uncomfortable. Many women face this during pregnancy. Just take care and try to eat light. Hope you feel better soon.

Yaar, heartburn in pregnancy is super common. My cousin sister also had it. She used to eat small meals and avoid anything too spicy. Actually, her doc also told her to sleep with her head a bit raised. Try it, might help!

For something like heartburn during pregnancy, it's always best to consult your gynaecologist. They can recommend safe medications or specific dietary changes that won't harm you or the baby. Don't rely on random advice.

Oh, I remember this phase! It was tough. For me, elevating my head while sleeping helped a lot. Also, drinking sips of water throughout the day, not just with meals. Hope you find something that works for you!

Uff, heartburn and pregnancy cravings don't mix well, na? Try avoiding spicy and oily stuff, it's hard but worth it. Maybe some chilled fruit smoothies? And don't lie down right after eating, give it some time!

Heartburn is so annoying, right? I used to get it so badly when I was pregnant, felt like my throat was on fire! Did anyone else feel like it got worse in the third trimester? Is there any specific food that makes it better or worse for others?
