For pregnancy backache, I found that using a good posture-tracking app really helped me become more aware of how I was sitting or standing. Also, some prenatal yoga videos on YouTube were great, but only after getting my doctor's okay. Staying active but careful is key!

Beti, backache in pregnancy is very common, don't worry. My mother always said to rest well and not lift heavy things. Ghee khana, thoda garam tel se malish karwana, but very gently, and always ask the doctor what is safe. Take care of yourself and the little one.

Oh, backaches during pregnancy, I remember them well! It's very common, dear, because your body is changing so much. What helped me was wearing comfortable shoes, using a good maternity pillow at night, and doing some simple stretching exercises that my doctor recommended. It passes once the baby comes, but manage it carefully now.

Backache is a given in pregnancy for most women. You need to focus on proper posture, use a supportive maternity belt if needed, and do gentle exercises like swimming or prenatal yoga, strictly under guidance. And definitely invest in a good pregnancy pillow for sleeping. Don't ignore it, but don't panic either.

Pregnancy backache is definitely a common complaint! A few practical tips that often help: avoid standing for long periods, sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees, and wear low-heeled, supportive shoes. Also, a warm compress on the lower back can provide temporary relief. Always discuss with your gynaecologist to ensure everything is fine.
