Oh yaar, back pain in pregnancy is totally normal, actually! The body is changing so much. My friend found a pregnancy pillow super helpful for sleeping. And she did some gentle prenatal yoga, but only after her doctor approved it. Don't lift heavy stuff, that's important.

During my pregnancy, I had severe back pain, and I tried to manage it at home, but it actually led to more discomfort later. Please, please see your gynaecologist for this. They can recommend safe stretches, exercises, or even a physiotherapist who specializes in prenatal care. Don't take chances during pregnancy.

Back pain during pregnancy is often due to posture changes and hormone-induced ligament laxity. While 'cure' is not the right word, regular, light exercise approved by your doctor – like walking or swimming – can strengthen core muscles and provide relief. Also, focus on good posture and pelvic tilts. Eating well helps overall body strength.

Back pain in pregnancy is very common, don't worry too much. Make sure you're wearing comfortable, low-heeled shoes, and try to avoid standing for long periods. A warm compress can often provide temporary relief. But definitely discuss it with your gynaecologist, they might recommend some specific stretches or a maternity belt.

While diet doesn't directly 'cure' back pain, ensuring you're getting enough calcium and Vitamin D from your diet is super important for bone health, especially during pregnancy. Speak to your doctor about supplements if needed. And stay hydrated, it supports overall body function and can help with muscle cramps.

It must be really uncomfortable. Using a supportive pillow while sleeping can help a lot. Take care and consult your doctor.

If your doctor gives the go-ahead, gentle exercise can make a big difference for back pain during pregnancy. Walking for short periods, prenatal yoga, or even just some pelvic tilts can help strengthen supporting muscles. A good supportive maternity belt also provided relief for my friend. Always listen to your body and your doctor!
