How to create a baby sleep schedule?
My 6-month-old baby's sleep is very erratic, and I'm exhausted. Friends told me about creating a sleep schedule, but I don't know where to start. How do I create a baby sleep schedule that actually works?

Honestly, I used to stress so much about this with my first one. Every baby is different, so what works for one might not for another. Just focus on consistent bedtime routines and don't panic if it takes time, it will fall into place slowly.
With babies, everything feels like a big task. My sister always says to keep the environment calm and dark, and try to feed them well before bedtime. For us elders also, proper sleep is so important for BP management, so even for babies, good sleep patterns are key for their health.
It's tricky, especially if the baby has any underlying issues. My nephew had reflux, and that made sleeping very hard initially. If your baby seems uncomfortable or cries a lot during sleep attempts, please talk to your pediatrician. They can rule out any medical reasons.
For good sleep, a gentle massage with warm oil can help. Also, make sure the room isn't too hot or too cold. But if the baby is constantly fussy or not sleeping at all for long periods, it's always best to check with the doctor, don't ignore that.

Dude, I've heard parents struggle with this a lot. My cousin used to put on some soft lullabies, and it kinda worked for his baby. Maybe try observing when your baby naturally gets sleepy and build around that? Good luck!
