How to cope with hair loss?

My hair has been falling out quite a bit lately, and it's making me really self-conscious. What can I do to cope with this hair loss, both physically and emotionally?

There are many different causes of hair loss, from stress and genetics to thyroid or vitamin deficiencies. Instead of trying random hair oils, it is scientifically best to visit a dermatologist. They can diagnose the exact type of hair fall and suggest targeted clinical treatments.

Hair loss can sometimes be linked to nutritional deficiencies or hormonal shifts, which I have to watch closely due to my diabetes. Make sure you are eating enough protein and keeping your blood sugar stable. It is best to consult a dermatologist and get your blood work checked.

My teenage daughter had severe hair loss due to stress and poor diet. We started giving her curry leaves, amla, and healthy seeds, and worked on reducing her academic stress. Definitely get a doctor's advice to rule out thyroid or iron issues first.

I panic every time I see hair in the shower drain and immediately start googling terrible things! Try not to stress too much because stress actually makes hair loss worse, which is such a vicious cycle. Please see a proper doctor to calm your mind and get the right help.

I went through terrible post-flu hair fall recently, and it was so scary. What helped me was stopping all styling, eating a high-protein diet, and taking biotin supplements prescribed by my doctor. Be patient, hair takes a few months to recover and grow back.

I ignored my heavy hair fall and constant fatigue for over a year, thinking it was just stress, but it turned out to be a severe vitamin deficiency. Please don't wait like I did. Go get a proper blood test done and consult a doctor to fix the root cause.
