How to combat hormonal weight gain?

I've noticed I'm gaining weight, especially around my belly, even though my diet hasn't changed much. My periods have also become a bit irregular. Could this be hormonal? How can I combat hormonal weight gain?

Instead of buying expensive diet foods or fancy seeds, just focus on eating basic home-cooked meals on time. Eating dinner by 8 PM and stopping late-night chai or rusks can solve half your weight issues without costing a rupee.

Using a simple app to log my daily food and sleep helped me realize how much my hormones were affecting my cravings. Tracking my steps and ensuring I hit 8,000 steps daily really helped stabilize my metabolic rate.

Please don't try to self-treat hormonal issues with random fat burners. I ignored my sudden weight gain and it turned out to be a severe thyroid issue that eventually affected my heart health. Get a proper blood panel and see an endocrinologist.

I had a massive weight spike due to high cortisol from work stress. Honestly, lifting weights three times a week and cutting down on alcohol was the only thing that fixed my metabolism. You have to be consistent.

Hormones react deeply to our mental state and constant worry. Try to practice gentle meditation and accept your body with love while you work towards better health. A peaceful mind helps restore internal balance naturally.

Hey, don't stress too much about the scale! Hormonal weight is so stubborn and it's totally not your fault. Just focus on feeling good, get enough sleep, and take it one day at a time.

Once you cross 45, your metabolism basically goes on a permanent vacation. I look at a bowl of rice and somehow gain a kilo the next day. It is a slow battle, but regular doctor visits keep things in check.

If you keep sitting on the couch all day blaming hormones, nothing will change. Move your body, cut down on sugar, and go get your thyroid and sugar levels tested by a doctor instead of guessing.
