I'm pregnant with my first child and constantly worried about everything. My doctor briefly mentioned checking the cervix, but I'm still a bit confused. How exactly do they check your cervix during pregnancy?

Honestly, I was too tired and big during my pregnancy to even think about doing a self-cervix check. Just let the doctor handle all those physical exams while you get some rest.

Haan na, checking it yourself is not recommended at all during pregnancy. It is always better and safer to let your gynaecologist do it.
