Vomiting sensation can be so unsettling. For those with PCOS, sometimes certain foods or hormonal fluctuations can trigger nausea. I've found that eating small, frequent meals instead of heavy ones, and avoiding very greasy or spicy food helps a lot. Also, ginger tea can be quite soothing. But if it's persistent, definitely check with a doctor, as there could be other reasons.
Ugh, that feeling is the worst. Hope you find some relief.
Beti, ulti jaisa lagna bahut bechain karta hai. Humare ghar pe toh hamesha adrak wali chai ya thoda sa nimbu paani peene ko bolte hain. Aur bilkul halka khana khao. Jyada tel-mirch wala khana mat khaana. Thoda araam kar lo, shayad theek ho jaayega.
My son often gets a vomiting sensation when he's feeling unwell or even when he's car sick. What works for him is small sips of water, a little ginger candy, or just smelling a sliced lemon. And definitely no heavy meals. Sometimes just fresh air helps too. It's all about finding what soothes your stomach gently.

I totally understand how awful and anxiety-inducing a vomiting sensation can be, it's truly draining. For me, sometimes just getting fresh air, sipping on something cold like clear juice, or having a small biscuit helps to settle my stomach. And distracting myself by watching something or listening to music helps too. You're not alone in feeling this way.
