How to avoid postpartum hair loss?

I just had my baby a few months ago, and I've noticed a lot of hair falling out, which my friends told me is common postpartum. Is there anything I can do to avoid or minimize this postpartum hair loss?

Yaar, postpartum hair loss is just part of the deal, actually. I lost so much after my baby! It's mostly hormonal, so you can't completely avoid it. But oiling your hair regularly and eating well definitely helps reduce the damage, I felt. Aur stress mat lo!

During and after pregnancy, your body needs extra nutrients. For hair health, ensure you're getting enough protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Foods like lentils, spinach, nuts, and seeds are great. A balanced vegetarian diet can support hair growth, but consult your doctor before supplements.

Postpartum hair loss? Haha, more like postpartum everything-falling-apart! Honestly, with a newborn, just getting a few hours of sleep feels like a luxury. The hair loss is just another badge of honour for new parents, I guess. It'll come back... eventually. Or so I'm told.

My sister went through this. She said it's super common for new moms. She just focused on eating nutritious food and trying to manage stress, which is easier said than done with a baby, I guess. It eventually grew back.

Haan ji, hair loss after delivery is super common! Meri saheli ko bhi hua tha. She started using mild shampoos and avoided tight hairstyles. Aur ghar ka khana, ache se doodh, paneer sab khana chahiye. It's mostly hormonal, so thoda time lagta hai, na.

I've read that postpartum hair loss is pretty normal because of hormone changes. It's not usually something you can totally avoid, but things like eating nutrient-rich foods and being gentle with your hair are often recommended. It sounds like a temporary phase for most people, though.
