Brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste is very important for kids. And try to limit sugary treats. Regular visits to the dentist also help a lot in catching problems early.

For children, a healthy diet supports strong teeth and bones. Encourage them to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, teach them mindful eating – not just gobbling down food. And proper brushing from a young age is a habit for life. It's all about gentle, consistent care.

Cavities in children can lead to pain and difficulty eating, affecting their overall health. My neighbor's child had a bad experience. So please, don't take it lightly. Ensure regular dental check-ups, even if the child has no symptoms. The pediatric dentist can offer specific advice like sealants or fluoride treatments if needed.

As my pediatrician friend always says, it's crucial to start oral hygiene early. For kids, ensure they brush with fluoride toothpaste (a pea-sized amount for older kids, a smear for toddlers) twice daily. Limit sugary snacks and drinks, especially between meals. Dental sealants can also be very effective for preventing cavities on molars. And regular six-monthly dental check-ups are non-negotiable.

Haan, bachchon ko cavities se bachana is a big task, na? Main toh apne bacchon ko bolta hoon roz subah shaam brush karo. Aur chocolates, sweets thode kam hi do. Paani zyada pilao. Aur dentist ke paas regular check-up ke liye le jao, that's important.
