How to arrest hair fall naturally?

My hair fall has gotten really bad lately, especially after pregnancy. I've tried some oils, but nothing seems to work. Are there any natural ways to arrest hair fall effectively?

Honestly, a good diet makes a huge difference. I always make sure to eat lots of green leafy vegetables, lentils, and fruits. Protein is super important too, so paneer, dal, and nuts. Sometimes hair fall is just a sign your body needs more nutrients. Avoid highly processed foods as much as you can.

Oh god, same here! My hair fall has been really bad lately. Has anyone tried applying onion juice? I heard it's good but I'm a bit scared about the smell. Does it really work for others, ya not much difference? I'm willing to try anything.

Been through this! What really helped me was a regular scalp massage with warm coconut oil mixed with a few drops of castor oil once a week. Also, try to use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo. And don't underestimate sleep, it's crucial for everything, including hair health.

Haan na, hair fall is such a common problem these days. Try to reduce stress. Mera bhi bahut hota tha. What worked for me was using a good quality amla and shikakai powder paste as a hair mask once a week. Aur thoda aloe vera gel bhi laga sakte ho. It feels very soothing to the scalp.

Bro, honestly, I used to have major hair fall. What helped me was eating better, cutting down on junk food and drinking more water. Also, my mom made me apply bhringraj oil regularly, and it actually worked. Consistency is key, yaar.

Dude, protein intake and hydration are key. If you're working out, make sure you're getting enough protein for muscle repair and hair growth. Also, water, water, water! Sometimes hair fall is just your body telling you something is off internally. Don't forget iron and biotin rich foods.

For hair fall, please make sure to get your thyroid levels checked if you haven't already. Thyroid imbalance is a very common cause of hair loss, and once it's managed with medication, the hair fall often reduces. It's always best to rule out underlying medical conditions with a doctor.

Just like keeping our BP in check requires consistent effort, reducing hair fall also needs a routine. I found that reducing stress and having a balanced diet with enough vitamins really helped. If it's persistent, sometimes a checkup for vitamin deficiencies like B12 or D might be needed. Don't just ignore it, okay?
