Hey, don't stress too much about it! These annoying bumps happen to almost everyone after shaving or waxing. Just dab a little tea tree oil mixed with coconut oil on it, and avoid shaving that area for a few days so it can heal naturally.
Don't pick or squeeze at it, that will only make the pain worse and leave a bad scar. Just press a warm, damp washcloth against the bump for a few minutes to soften the skin. If it looks very red or starts oozing pus, let me know and we will show it to a skin doctor.

I get these a lot on my thighs because of tight gym compression pants and sweat buildup. Make sure you wear loose cotton clothes post-workout and shower immediately to keep the pores clean. A gentle salicylic acid body wash also helps exfoliate the skin.
I completely panicked last month thinking a painful bump near my neck was a cyst or tumor. Thankfully, my doctor laughed it off and said it was just a trapped hair from shaving. It went away on its own in four days after I left it completely alone.

Actually yaar, those salon waxings sometimes trigger these bad ingrowns. I stopped waxing and switched to shaving with a single-blade razor, and it helped so much. Just apply some soothing aloe vera gel right now to calm the burning sensation.
