How soon can breast tenderness start in pregnancy?

I've been feeling some tenderness in my breasts lately, which is unusual for me. How soon after conception can breast tenderness typically start in pregnancy? Is this a very early sign?

My wife experienced this mild soreness very early on, around the second week. She found that doing light evening walks helped manage the general bodily discomfort well, though always check with your doctor before starting any routine.

For me, breast tenderness started within just one to two weeks after conception, even before my period was due. Wearing a comfortable, wireless cotton sports bra helped me deal with the soreness immensely.

This is usually one of the earliest signs, often showing up 4 to 6 weeks into the pregnancy. Don't worry, it is just hormones working, but do talk to your doctor if you feel any unusual sharp pain.

Actually, it can start super early, yaar. Sometimes just a week after conception you will feel that heaviness and soreness. It's totally normal, so don't freak out.

I was reading up on early symptoms recently and found that hormonal changes can trigger this tenderness within days of fertilization. It seems to vary wildly from person to person.
