How much weight gain to increase breast size?

I've always been on the thinner side and feel a bit self-conscious about my chest. I've heard that gaining weight can help with breast size. How much weight would one typically need to gain to see a noticeable change?

See, breast size is largely genetic and hormonal. While gaining overall body weight can lead to some increase in breast size because they're partly made of fatty tissue, it's not a targeted way to do it. You can't just gain weight in one specific area, you know? It's usually uneven.

Beti, hamare gaon mein toh kehte hain jo ladkiyan thoda healthy hoti hain, unke sthan bhi bade hote hain. Par sirf iske liye mota hona theek nahi. Jaisa sharir bhagwan ne diya hai, usko swasth rakho, wahi achha hai.

This is not a healthy approach. Deliberately gaining weight can lead to all sorts of health problems, like high BP or diabetes, which are much harder to deal with. It's better to accept your natural body shape or talk to a specialist if it's a major concern, rather than risking your health.

Honestly, I tried everything when I was younger – special diets, some weird 'enhancement' oils, even thought about gaining weight. But nothing really works if it's not natural for your body. If you gain weight, it will distribute everywhere, not just where you want it. It's better to embrace yourself!

Yaar, actually, breast size increase doesn't happen just by gaining weight in a specific way. If you gain weight overall, then some fat might deposit there, but it's not guaranteed or targeted. And gaining weight just for that is not a good health strategy, dude.

Gaining weight solely for breast size is generally not advised for health. Breast composition is fats and glands. While overall weight gain can affect it, it's not specific. Focus on overall fitness and strength training for a good posture, which can actually enhance your natural appearance without unhealthy weight gain.

Aww, I get why you'd ask, but just gaining weight can make you gain weight everywhere, not just the breasts! 🤗 It's better to love your body as it is and focus on being healthy and happy. ✨
