How much weight gain is noticeable?

Been trying to put on some muscle and weight, but it feels like I'm not making much progress. At what point does weight gain actually become noticeable to others, not just on the scale?

For me, even a kilo or two feels like a lot, especially with my diabetes. It affects my sugar levels quickly. So I try to be very careful with what I eat, always checking. Best to keep an eye on it if you have any health conditions.

Honestly, if it's 2-3 kgs, people close to you might notice, especially if it's sudden. For others, maybe 4-5 kgs. It also depends on your body type. Focus on how you feel, not just what others see.

Ha ha, for me, if my favourite jeans start feeling tight, that's when it's noticeable to ME! For others, maybe after a few extra biryanis? Honestly, just enjoy your food, thoda upar-neeche chalta hai.

I've been there, it's usually around 3-4 kgs that others start making comments, even if subtle. But the most important thing is how your clothes fit and how energetic you feel. Don't stress too much about others' opinions, focus on your health.

Mere saath bhi same hua tha. People around me started noticing when I gained about 5 kilos. It felt like a lot, but ghar pe sab bolte the 'thoda sa hi toh hai'. I just tried to eat lighter at night, helped a bit.
