How much weight gain in 3rd trimester?

I'm in my third trimester now, and it feels like I'm gaining weight much faster than before. What's the expected weight gain during the third trimester?

In the last few months, your little one is growing so much, so your body will naturally gain weight to support it. Stay positive, keep a calm mind, and nourish your body with wholesome foods. Trust in the divine process and take good care of yourself, dear.

The third trimester sees quite a bit of weight gain, as the baby grows rapidly. It's a natural and important part of pregnancy. Just focus on healthy eating and listen to your doctor.

Third trimester? That's when my wife started gaining weight just by looking at food! Hahaha. Seriously, it's a lot then. My advice? Just embrace it, you're building a human. And get any sleep you can now, you'll miss it later!

The third trimester can be emotionally tough with all the physical changes and increasing weight. I felt so heavy and sometimes just wanted it to be over. It's okay to feel that way. Just remember it's all part of bringing your little one into the world. Be gentle with yourself.

Well, from my experience, the third trimester was where most of my weight gain happened. My doctor said it was normal because the baby is putting on a lot of weight then. Everyone is different, so just keep your appointments and follow your doctor's advice.

Oh, I completely panicked in my third trimester because the weight gain accelerated so much! I thought I was doing something wrong. But my doctor reassured me it's totally normal because the baby grows so fast and you also have more fluid. So don't worry if the scale seems to jump more quickly now!
