My son has juvenile diabetes, and his doctor always emphasizes hydration. It's not a fixed amount for everyone, but generally, they say around 8-10 glasses a day is good. We try to keep a water bottle with him always and make sure he sips regularly, especially when playing.

Diabetic or not, I feel like I'm constantly chasing that 'drink enough water' goal! For diabetics, it's even more crucial, na? I just try to drink whenever I feel thirsty, and then some more. My doc just says 'keep peeing clear' haha.

Staying hydrated is really important for everyone, and especially if you have diabetes. Listen to your body and try to drink water throughout the day. It helps a lot.

As someone managing diabetes, I find drinking enough water really helps with controlling blood sugar levels. My doctor advised me to aim for at least 2.5 to 3 liters daily. It also helps flush out excess glucose from the body. Avoid sugary drinks completely, only water or unsweetened liquids.

Initially, when my uncle was diagnosed, we were so worried about every little thing, including water intake. But then the doctor explained that while important, it's not some magic number. Just consistent hydration is key, don't overthink it too much, but don't ignore it either.

For general health, and even more so with diabetes, proper hydration is non-negotiable. Aim for at least 8 glasses, but also consider your activity level. If you're active, you'll need more. Just keep a check on what your body tells you, and stick to plain water.
