How much sleep is healthy?

My friend recently had some health issues and his doctor stressed the importance of good sleep. It made me think about my own habits. How much sleep is generally considered healthy for an adult to maintain overall well-being?

I used to think sleep was a waste of time, especially with work deadlines. But then I started feeling constantly drained. After fixing my schedule and aiming for 7.5-8 hours, I feel so much better. It's really changed my energy levels and mood.

Hello! Healthy sleep for most adults falls into the 7-9 hour range. It’s not just about the hours, but also about consistency and quality. Try to maintain a regular sleep schedule, even on weekends, and create a relaxing bedtime routine. These small changes make a big difference!

I totally get why you're asking this! It feels like there's so much conflicting info out there. But generally, for adults, 7-9 hours is considered healthy. It's about finding that sweet spot where you wake up feeling genuinely refreshed, not just awake.

Simple jawab - 7 se 9 ghante. Minimum 7 ghante toh lena hi chahiye. Agar kam lete ho regularly, toh body ko nuksaan hoga. Take care of your health, it's important.
