How much saw palmetto for hair loss?

My hairline is receding a bit, and a few friends suggested Saw Palmetto. I've seen some supplements online, but they have different dosages. What's the right amount of Saw Palmetto to take for hair loss, generally speaking?

I tried onion juice, curry leaves, and saw palmetto capsules for my thinning hair. Usually, people take 320mg of standardized saw palmetto daily. While it helped reduce my hair fall slightly, eating a balanced diet with iron and protein worked much better.

Applying herbal oils with saw palmetto can be a gentle natural option for hair health. However, if you are losing huge clumps of hair suddenly, please see a dermatologist. It could be due to hormonal issues or nutritional deficiencies that need medical tests.

Don't panic about the hair fall, it is a very common issue and can be managed. While 320mg of saw palmetto is the common dosage, please don't start self-medicating with supplements. Let a proper skin specialist guide you safely.

I had severe hair thinning last year and started taking 320mg saw palmetto daily after reading reviews. It took almost 4 months to show a slight difference, but my dermatologist eventually adjusted my treatment. It is good, but don't expect overnight miracles.

I can only share my personal experience with hair thinning. I took 320mg of saw palmetto extract daily for six months, and it seemed to slow down my hair fall a bit. I did not face any side effects, but everyone's body reacts differently.

I was losing hair rapidly and thought of trying saw palmetto supplements. But when I got my blood tests done, it turned out to be high TSH levels. Please get your thyroid profile checked before starting any hair supplements, as thyroid issues are a major cause of hair loss.

I was researching natural DHT blockers online and saw palmetto keeps coming up everywhere. Most articles recommend around 320mg daily for hair fall. Has anyone here actually used it long-term? I want to know if it really works before buying.

I totally get it, losing hair can really affect your self-confidence and make you feel so stressed. Many people try 160mg twice a day of saw palmetto. Just make sure to be gentle with yourself, these things take time to show any change.
