How much pumpkin seed oil for hair loss?

I've been noticing a lot of hair fall recently, it's quite concerning. Someone suggested using pumpkin seed oil as a natural remedy. How much pumpkin seed oil should I use, and how often, for hair loss?

I can only speak from my own experience with hair fall. I started applying a few drops of pumpkin seed oil mixed with coconut oil twice a week on my scalp, and I did notice my hair felt slightly thicker after three months.

Look, no oil is going to magically regrow hair if your diet is poor or you have severe male pattern baldness. Just massage a few drops onto your scalp at night, but also check your biotin and iron levels. That's the real fix.

I used pumpkin seed oil for my thinning crown area. The key is consistency; take half a teaspoon of food-grade oil orally, or massage 4-5 drops directly onto the scalp daily. Give it at least 4 to 6 months to see any real changes.

Oh god, hair fall can be so stressful, but please don't overthink it! Just take a few drops of pumpkin seed oil, warm it up slightly, and massage it gently while watching your favorite show. It really helps soothe the mind, and stress is often the real culprit anyway!

Research suggests that pumpkin seed oil acts as a mild DHT blocker. My dermatologist advised that applying a few drops topically is safe, but for actual hair fall control, you must address underlying issues like thyroid, PCOS, or vitamin deficiencies first.

For scalp application, mixing 5-6 drops of pumpkin seed oil with a carrier oil like jojoba or almond oil is ideal. Use it twice a week before washing your hair. If you have a sensitive scalp, do a small patch test first to ensure there's no allergy.
