How much pink salt for weight loss?

I've heard that pink salt can help with weight loss and metabolism. I recently switched to it for cooking. How much pink salt should one consume for weight loss benefits, or is there a specific way to use it?

Honestly, if changing salt color made people lose weight, I would be thin by now despite my terrible sleep schedule. Salt is still sodium, so don't go eating spoonfuls of it. Keep it under one teaspoon a day, pink or white doesn't make a magical difference.

Haan na, everyone on Instagram is talking about pink salt these days for weight loss. But actually, salt is just salt, too much sodium causes water retention only. Use it in normal quantities in your food, extra khane se weight loss nahi hoga.

I am trying to lose weight and someone told me to drink pink salt water in the morning. Did anyone else try this and feel bloated or get high BP? I am really scared of trying these new internet trends without asking.

I know how exhausting it is when you are trying everything to lose weight and feel desperate enough to try any remedy. I spent so much money on pink salt thinking it would help, but it didn't change anything. Please don't be hard on yourself, real weight loss just takes consistent healthy eating.

Hey, don't fall for the hype! Pink salt has some minerals, but it won't magically burn fat. Just use the normal amount of up to 1 teaspoon (about 5g) daily in your cooking. Focus on eating clean and calorie deficit instead.

With PCOS, water retention is a big issue and too much salt makes it worse. I use a little pink salt in my salads, but I try to keep it very minimal, just a pinch. It is better to focus on a balanced low-carb diet rather than relying on salt for weight loss.

I recently lost 10 kgs, and trust me, switching to pink salt was just a minor food swap. It helped a little with digestion when I used a tiny pinch in my lemon water, but the real change came from portion control and daily exercise. Keep your total salt intake normal.
