How much hours of sleep should i get?

I'm a student and always burning the midnight oil, but then I'm super sleepy in classes. I know I should be sleeping more. As a young adult, how much hours of sleep should I realistically be getting every night?

I always hear 7-9 hours, but it feels impossible to get that sometimes. If I get less than 7, I'm just exhausted. Does anyone else feel super stressed if they can't hit that 7-hour mark?

Ideally, aim for 7-8 hours. As a working professional, I make sure to prioritize it. Consistency is key, try to sleep and wake up around the same time even on weekends. It really helps maintain energy.

Most health experts suggest 7-9 hours for adults. Along with that, if your doctor says okay, a good evening walk or some light exercise can actually improve your sleep quality. Don't push it too much though.

Hi! Generally, 7-9 hours is what docs recommend for adults for good health and energy! 😊 Find what makes you feel refreshed. Some people are good with 7, others need 8 or 9. Good luck! ✨

I understand the struggle! They say 7-9 hours, but getting good quality sleep is also important. I tried warm milk before bed and reading a book instead of my phone. It helped a bit, maybe give it a try?
