How much hours of sleep do you need?

I often feel tired during the day, even after what I think is a full night's sleep. My friends all seem to need different amounts. How much hours of sleep do you typically need to feel well-rested and energetic?

Oh, I totally get it! Sleep is such a struggle sometimes. For most adults, 7-9 hours is recommended, but honestly, it really depends on your body. Listen to what feels good for you, na?

Haan, I've been researching this a lot lately too! Everything I read says around 7-9 hours for adults, but then my friends are all over the place. Some can manage on 6, others need 9. It's confusing, right?

7 to 8 hours is generally recommended for most adults. Just try to get enough rest so you feel fresh in the morning. That's the main thing.

I always worry if I'm getting enough sleep. Everyone says 7-9 hours, but if I get less, I feel terrible. Does anyone else feel super drained even after 6-7 hours sometimes? Is that normal?

Well, they say 7-9 hours, but if you're constantly tired, maybe it's not just the hours, but the quality. A sleep study can tell you, but woh expensive hota hai. Try improving your sleep environment first, no need to spend big.

Need? Ha! I need about 12 hours but get maybe 5-6 on a good day. They say 7-9 hours, but who actually achieves that with work, family, and Netflix? Someone tell me their secret, please!

Ideally, 7-8 hours is good. Mere ghar pe hum log sab 10 baje tak sone ki koshish karte hain, chahe Sunday ho ya weekday. Ek schedule bana lo, thoda mushkil hota hai adjust karna but then it helps a lot!

For working professionals, 7-8 hours is the target. I try to be consistent, sleep by 11 PM and wake up by 6:30 AM. It's tough initially, but setting an alarm for bedtime actually works for me.
